We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.
Legal basis
We process form data because you ask us to do something before a possible agreement: book an audit or review your application (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where that doesn't apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where your data is stored
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): form submissions are stored in a private spreadsheet and sent to us by email.
- Vercel: hosts this website. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs: load the fonts and one animation library. Your browser connects to their servers, which share your IP address with them.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. They transfer data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Audit requests: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Clipper applications: up to 12 months, so we can reach out when a new campaign fits you. Ask us at any time and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. We reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
